In the middle of the clashes majority – presidency for the expired mandate of the head of the Constitutional Court the deputy Enkeled Alibeaj declares that the continuance of Vladimir Kristo at the head of the Constitutional Court is illegal. According to the former Minister of Justice there is no legal basis to allow Kristo to lead the Constitutional Court since June 3rd.
