 Aldo bare asks e short judgment. In the séance of March 3 in the court of the High Crimes the defendant Aldo bare accused as the head of the “Band of Lushnja”, asked through his legal representative Vladimir Meci a reduced judgment. The prosecutors of the case were against this request while it is awaited the verdict of the court in the séance of the next week.
Aldo Bare is accused for different grave penal deeds including here the creation of criminal organizations, crimes committed under the organization, taking hostages etc. he was extradited some months ago from Turkey while he was wanted by some European states for the commitment of crimes in their territory.
