 Monday will be the negotiations day for the meeting between Rama and Berisha. For the third time the guests will be European diplomats, the negotiators of the meeting, the Spanish ambassador Montobio and the head of the delegation of the European Commission Helmut Lohan. The talking between the head of the states with the ambassadors will be focused in the consultations for the further achievements of the meeting that will end the political crisis in Albania.After receiving the positive answer of the prime minister for this meeting, the ambassadors and the president will discuss the protocol for the contents of the meeting. Lohan and Montobio are playing the role of the negotiators to end the political crisis in Albania that is also one of the conditions of Brussels for the integration. Meanwhile with the positive answer for taking part in the negotiation meeting, the Prime Minister Berisha has stated some times ago that the opening of the voting boxes is not a negotiable issue. The head of PS Rama in all his latest pronunciations has declared that the opening of the boxes is the main condition for starting the dialogue. From Strasbourg is awaited on February 22nd the delegation that will negotiate the meeting, which will probably be held at the same date of their arrival. |
