One day after the minister of energetic Prifti announced the denationalization of everything, the former prime minister and socialist deputy Pandeli Majko, is concerned for the fate of the property in Albania. In an interview for Alsat, Majko sees the initiative of the government to gain 100 million euros from the denationalizations as the prelude to another crisis, without denying the connection that can arise between the final denationalization and the money laundering.“This is in other words the end of the compensation in property for the old owners of Albania. This goes even further, just by hearing the representatives of the government saying that the owners of the so-called state property have the right of the pre-buying. This is enough to understand in which level is the legal relation with the properties in the republic of Albania. I can raise an important question about the fate of the properties and where will those properties go. The problem is that the properties should not be used for money laundering”, said Majko. He also considered as not normal the decision of the government to give to the owners the right of pre-buying, because this way they are buying what is theirs. Majko was pessimistic also about the commission of the laws, where on Monday the deputies will analyze the two bill of PS. The séance of Monday in the commission of the laws marks the starting of the work for the 64 socialist deputies. Till now in the public declarations both sides have expressed their approval for the procedure of analyzing the two bills but not for their content. Elona Gjylmi |
