 It will be held on Saturday at the presidency the long-awaited meeting between Rama and Berisha. On February 13th the president Topi in the function of the mediator will sit in a table with Edi Rama and Sali Berisha in order to solve the political crisis in Albania. According to the announcement of the presidency the head of the state took this decision after the meeting on Monday with the diplomats Lohan, Montobio and Withers. Also the date of the meeting was decided after the contacts of the president with the leader of PD Sali Berisha and the leader of PS Edi Rama.In the talking for the organization of the dialogue for solving the crisis, the president intensified the consults with the internationals. This Monday at the presidency came the Spanish ambassador Manuel Montobio and the representative of the European Council Helmut Lohan. 50 minutes later in the office of the president came the American ambassador Withers. Even though it was a private meeting, at the web page of the presidency it was published that the ambassadors had encouraged the head of the state to keep to his role of mediator by saying that this is a key role. They called the meeting as the main effort for the normalization of the political situation and the reestablishment of the parliamentary dialogue. On February 22nd is awaited from Strasbourg the delegation of the parliamentary assembly of the European Council, which will also try to negotiate between Rama and Berisha for solving the political crisis.
