| Bode: Rama administers badly the finances of the municipality |

 The accuses of Edi Rama for the delivery of the budget funds for the local power have no basis. After this declaration the head of the finances Ridvan Bode has presented proofs that Rama itself uses the funds of the budget. “To triply add the funds of the central power and he doubles the expenses and the salaries means that he does not know the need of the public and of the electorate of the municipality. I am here to denounce that his efforts to create a political crisis and to destabilize the social, political and economic life of the country are really ugly”, said Bode.According to the official numbers of the finances the raising of the local budgets comes from the grants of the central power. Bode said that in 4 years the financing for the locals has been quadruplicated. “The expenses that are handled by the financing of the budget are 29 milliards and 500 million lekë. This means that all the raising of the local budgets is dedicated to the raising of the finances that gives the central budget for the local power with more participation of the central government in financing the activities of the local power”, said Bode. Bode presented also some figures that compare the financing of the local power that is leaded by the left wing with that leaded by the right wing.
