| IMF: the economical developments in Albania are positive |

 The budget of 2010 will be a strong instrument to surpass all the effects of the economic crisis. Even though there are some problems regarding the economic improvement, the government and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) share the same opinion for this problem.“In the actual conditions the budget of 2010 has a big importance for the country. With this budget the government can stimulate a more powerful position of the economy in relation with the global developments and can incite the financial fund for the productivity”, said Gervin Bell, chief of the IMF mission for Albania. After staying for one week in Albania, the mission of IMF stated that there is a positive development for the Albanian economy and that the biggest problems of the economic crisis are a bygone. While the Albanian Bank appeals for a continuous attention of the situation. “In 2009 Albania is one of the few countries that have a positive development of the economy and that is a good thing looking that the effects of the crisis have been surpassed now”, said Bell.
