| Legalizations, former owners against the securities |

 The owners of the lands that are being legalized ask to the government to be compensated during the process. They also ask the changing of the law because for them is unfair. According to the them it is not possible that the land can become property of another person while they are the right owners.Another change of the law asked by the owners is the prohibition of the payment of the land with securities from the incoming habitants. “The usage of the securities for the process of the legalization according to the decision of the government is in charge of the owners. The government used the law to steal the owners and their lands, the taxpayers and the Albanian state to support the invaders of the lands”, says Reshit Vorpsi of the association “Proprietary with Justice”. The owners in their declaration have asked to the government not to transform the issue of the proprieties in an issue of votes and have also mentioned the court of Strasbourg. Adi Darsi |
