 The repayment of the Value Added Tax for many businesses is a big economical problem. This non correct relation between the tax administration and the persons that will be repaid is accepted from the chairman of the tax institution.“I can say that there are some late repayments in some directories, but they are not dragging form the tax administration”, said Artur Papajani, director of the tax institution. Starting from these problems, the tax administration and the Ministry of Economy have proposed some legal changes. “When the taxpayers will see a retardation of their repayment, they have the right to interrupt every payment to the state budget and I think that this thing will reduce to a minimum the administrative barriers”, said Papajani. This year there are 60% more repayments concluded than last year, but even though there are still a high number of businesses that have to be repaid. Adi Darsi |
