 The judges dealing with the case of the head of the movement “Vetevendosja”, Albin Kurti have decided for his arrest after the non-appearance in today’s judicial séance. The police forces have not been able to find Kurti till now. In today’s séance not all the judges were present.
The head of the movement “Vetevendosja” is accused for taking part in the mob who did some criminal acts, for being part of the group that has forbidden the officials to carry on their duty and for resistance and threatening in the protest of February 10th 2007 in Prishtina, where 2 protester were killed and 80 others were injured.
