On Wednesday January 27 it is awaited the start of the dialogue between a delegation of experts from EC with the authorities of Kosovo for the facilitation of the visas between Kosovo and EU. The dialogue aims the coordination of the agenda Prishtina – Brussels for the fulfillment of the criteria asked from EC to realize the liberalization of visas, a process that is the priority of the Kosovo’s government for 2010.The vice Prime Minister Kuçi evaluated that the fulfillment of the criteria for the liberalization of visas is very important for Kosovo. “Now it is our duty to fulfill the our obligation and I think that the will of the European countries will help us to be part of this process. I think that the EU has understood that the entire region should be on the way toward this process” said Kuçi. The representatives of the European parliament have expressed skepticism by saying that Kosovo might be the only country in the Balkans that may not be included in the list of Shengen for at least in the next 3 to 5 years.
