 Manchester United has destroyed Milan with the result 4-0 getting in the quarter finals of the UEFA Champions League. After winning 3-2 in the first match, the red devils of Alex Ferguson have won 4-0 in Old Trafford putting definitively Milan out of the biggest European competition for clubs.
The match started in the right way for Milan but the Ronaldinho and Huntelar wasted the two goal occasions. At the 13th minute Rooney would score the first goal for Man. United and the first half ended 1-0. Again at the beginning of the second half Rooney would score the second goal making the qualification almost impossible for Milan.
The match ended with the result 4-0 but while the elimination of Milan was somehow expected, the surprise of the night was in Santiago Bernabeo. Real Madrid – Lyon ended in a draw 1-1 causing the elimination of Real from the Champions League.
