Except the penal proceedings of the commissioners of the commune Ruzhdie in Fier, the inquiry of prosecution can not interfere in any way with the result of the elections. While all the attention is in the voting papers of the box of Ruzhdie, the vice director of the Central Elections Commission Deshira Subashi said for Alsat that there is no legal mechanism that can interfere in the result of the elections of June 28th.This is applied even if the parliamentary inquiry commission that is requested by the socialists decides to take the result of the inquiry in the general prosecution. According to the inquiry of the prosecution of Fier 80 persons in Ruzhdie that were registered in the electoral register were not in Albania at June 28th. So their assignments were faked and the case has now gone to the court. Elona Gjylmi |
