Albania-Spain friendly match? Negotiations between the federations

ImageThe president of the Spanish Football Federation Angel Maria Villar Lona said that there is a possibility for a friendly match between the national teams of Spain and Albania. Present in the Electoral Assembly of FSHF Villar confirmed to have discussed with his homologue Duka for the possible organization of a similar match but there is still no fixed date.

“I have always talked with Mr. Duka for a friendly match. Of course we wish that thing but the realization depends of the technical staff. Even though I can say that a similar match can be organized”, said Villar Lona.

Angel Maria Villar Lona who is also the vice president of FIFA and UEFA has greeted the Election Assambly of FSHF by considering it a model process.

“The assembly was organized in a magnificent way, free and democratic. It left me the best impressions. I knew that football in Albania had to pass an important process but I did not know about all this fair-play”, said Villar.

The president of the Spanish Football Federation was in Albania as a representative of UEFA to observe the elections in the Albanian football Federation.
