Almost 60.000 abusive decisions have been given during the years by the Agency of Property Restitution and Compensation. These alarming figures have been reported at commission of laws by the head of this institution Elvis Cefa, who said that the abuses have been done especially after 2006 when the commission of properties has been turned in an agency.Also during the discussion for the new articles for the bill of the return and compensation of properties Cefa accused the court for giving abusive decisions. According to him the modified articles that were disproved some months ago by the Constitutional Court gives solution to the issue of the properties. “Let’s disband the Agency and take the case at the court. If this intervention will not be done, the agency is not effective at all”, said Cefa. The bill incited debates at the commission because the socialists considered as anti constitutional the articles proposed by Alibeaj. They left the commission before the voting, like in the last séances.
