The recommendation of OSCE should be taken in consideration before the elections of 2011 and the political parties should develop a constructive dialogue based in the transparency and respect of the constitution. This was the declaration of the European commissioner for expansion Stefan Fule. The declarations was made during the séance of the European Parliament where is being discussed about Albania and Kosovo. Fule also greeted the report compiled by the euro deputy Nikolas Kuntis and emphasized that the war against corruption and the organized crime should continue.

The Prime Minister Sali Berisha declared today that the Albanian universities will accept this year 23.000 new students. 4 thousand will study in the branch of technology of information and informatics. The concern for the head of the government is old textbooks that should be renovated as soon as possible based in the best international models.

They had reached at the district court to present the charge against the Building Inspectorate and the State police for the incident in Hamallaj.

The activity of the civil society in the last report of PNUD seems more like the organ of some people who aim personal profits and not for the improvement of the society. According to the report 42.1% of the NGO-s refuses to give information about their financial data and only in 8% of those the decisions are taken by all members. For the ambassador of the European Commission in Tirana Helmut Lohan, these data are enough for the donators to be more careful in the distribution of funds.

An incident happened today in Hamallaj in Durres. The citizens of this village clashed with the polica forces that were accompanying the officials of the Building Inspectorate. 3 policemen and 7 protesters were injured. The citizens blocked the road in sign of protest for not letting the Building Inspectorate demolish the illegal buildings. The director of the Building Inspectorate Gjergji Bojaxhi said that the job for demolishing all the illegal buildings built after 2007 will continue in the next days.

Almost 520 thousand elder people in the country will profit higher pensions starting from July 1st. Government approved the decision to increase by 4% the pensions in the cities and by 10% those in the villages. While about the payments Berisha said that the issue will be discussed after one week at the meeting of the Council of Ministers.
