The Foreign Commission of the European Parliament will discuss on Wednesday the resolution for the integration process of Albania in EU. The resolution prepared by the euro deputy NIkolas Kuntis will be discussed with the respective amendments of the other euro deputies. The most discussed points of the resolution are number 3 that deals with the political situation of Albania and point number 6 that has to do with the liberalization of visas.

Croatia has removed the visas for the Albanian citizens for the next 4 months. The decision was taken by the government of Zagreb and in Tirana it was communicated to the Prime Minister Berisha by the Croatian ambassador Darko Javorski. The free movement of the Albanian citizens toward Croatia will start on July 1st till October 31st 2010. The authorities of Tirana have asked for many years the officials of Zagreb to remove the visas just like the Croatian citizens enter freely in Albania. This decision was taken for the tourism season because in the last years the Albanian tourists have been frequenting the Croatian coast.

The economical growth of Albania states even in the report of the European Commission can be confirmed by this modern factory of the high European standards. This was the declaration of the Prime Minister Berisha in the inauguration of the paper recycling factory in Porto Romano in Durres. The factory built since 2003 has undertaken a 13 million euros investment where 2 million where given by BERZH and the rest by the Baltza family which is the owner of the factory.

There is no invitation yet for Brussels about the meeting of Edi Rama with Sali Berisha. The head of the socialist confirmed that the words about a second meeting between him and the Prime Minister Berisha are still not official. “Till the moment we are talking I have no confirmation and I can say that the efforts for solving the crisis are intensive”, said Rama.
