One of the rarest centres of Albanian medieval Voskopoja will soon be included in a luxury French edition by "Patrimoine sans Frontieres" and art publications Samogy. Under the title ‘Balkan’s Sixtine’, the catalogue completed with photos and studies, dedicated to mural paintings of ‘Shen Thanas’ Chapel built in 1724, will be presented on 22 July at Palais du Luxembourg. |

However, by a halved budget and a policy of silence, in verge of the 9-th edition, Minister of Culture Ylli Pango and Albanian government don’t seem to support this event that besides culture promotes tourism as well. |

789.972 is the number of tourists who have visited Albanian during January-June 2008, as announced by Minister of Tourism Ylli Pango, according to whom it marks an increase by 23% compared to 2007 and 95% compared to 2005. |
