Thirra Tunel at Rreshen Kalimash segment will be temporarily closed to travelers. According to the announcement of Ministry of transports, the tunnel will be closed from Monday morning to Thursday. The decision was made because of the work being carried that can not go on in traffic.

The bank system in Albania remains immune fro the global crisis and its indicators are in improvement. According to the Bank of Albania Supervision Council there is a positive trend in crediting and depositions. The last report shows the crediting growing pace for the first five months of the year as 5.25% or 20.84 billion leks. During the recent months more crediting has been accorded to business than individuals.

AMC has now more private shares. Ministry of Economy signed the contract for the sale of 12.5% of shares the Albanian state had in this operator. Minister Ruli described the contract as a successful transaction, adding that the government is handling the offers for the packet of shares in Albtelekom.

The strict conditions in exchange circulation have compelled the Albanian government to choose some banks for taking the planned 250 million euros credit. Minister of Finances says besides Deutsche Bank and Alfa Bank, other banks too will offer the credit on favorable conditions.
