 From two months now Washington is preparing the plan to integrate Serbia in EU as soon as possible in exchange of the cancellation of the resolution 1244 of the Security Council. This was written in the Serbian daily “Blic” referring to the Serbian analyst Obrad Kesiç from the American agency “TSM Global” in Washington. He confirmed that the plan has the green light of the White House that waits the decision of Beograd after the opinion that will give the International Justice Court in Hague about the independence of Kosovo.

This was the declaration of the Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha after the meeting the leader of the Macedonian Democratic Party Menduh Thaçi where were discussed the latest political developments and the progress in the European and Euro Atlantic agenda of the two countries.

 The Kosovo’s Minister of Transports Fatmir Limaj said to be ready to cooperate with EULEX regarding the inquiry this mission is doing against him. In a press conference Thursday morning Limaj said he will continue his job to fulfill the projects he has started and confirmed the raid of the EULEX police forces at his home and his office.

 The Special Unit of Kosovo could not arrest the head of the movement “Vetevendosja” Albin Kurti during the operation of Monday evening. The members of the Unit tried to arrest Kurti while he was participating in the funeral of the father of one of the leaders of this movement and the operation was stopped by the activists of the movement “Vetevendosja”.

 In Vermice was held the inauguration ceremony for the construction of the highway Morinë – Vërmicë – Prizren – Prishtinë – Merdarë. Different figures, ambassadors in Kosovo and the Albania Prime Minister Sali Berisha. After their speech where this highway was considered the “Road of the Nation”, the two Prime Ministers Berisha and Thaçi gave way to the start of the works in the highway Vermice – Merdare.

 The activists of the movement “Vetevendosja” have protested in front of the building of EULEX for the accusation of the 16 members of this mission for smuggling. In this protest “Vetevendosja” has symbolically shown the head of EULEX Yves De Kermabon and two members of this mission selling smuggle goods and they involved the Prime Minister of Kosovo Hashim Thaçi smiling and offering cooperation to EULEX.

 This morning at 03:00 an explosion activated in an automobile north of Mitrovica has damaged the automobile and a house nearby. According to the Kosovo Police forces the explosion occurred at “Knez Millosh” Street at the center of the city. The authors and the reason of this act are still unknown while the inquiry for solving the case has already started.

 If the accuses for contraband to the 16 members of EULEX will be confirmed, measures will be taken for them. This was the declaration of the chief of EULEX Yves De Kermabon, adding that we have to wait the results of the inquiry first. While the president of Kosovo Fatmir Sejdiu said that the members of the European mission have to subdue to the law like every citizen of Kosovo.

 40 flights were canceled on Saturday in the airport of Pristine because of the ash of the Island volcano in the sky that has blocked the air circulation for most of the European states. During Saturday 40 flights were planned to be depart form the airport of pristine.

 Postponed for the 7th time the judicial process against the leader of the movement “Vetevendosja” Albin Kurti. He was not present even today and the police forces have not managed to arrest him. In absence of Kurti and of his advocate the séance in the court of Pristine was postponed for April 19th. “The reason for postponing is the absence of Albin Kurti and the fact that police has not arrested him yet. Also the appointed advocate was not present. The next step is the preparation of a warrant and the material with the discipline measures will be handed to the Chamber of Advocates of Kosovo”, said the spokesman of EULEX, Kristina Herodes.
