The intervention of the north Atlantic alliance for stopping the crimes against the Kosovo’s population is an act of humanity of the international community that was not indifferent in front of the tragedy. This was the message of president Sejdiu to the citizens of Kosovo in the 11th anniversary of the bombardments of NATO by adding that with the help of NATO and the National Liberator Army of Kosovo the country achieved the freedom and is now a sovereign country.

In a secret meeting between the president of Kosovo Fatmir Sejdiu and the Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi was created an agreement for changes in the Kosovo’s government. This was the article in the daily newspaper of Prishtina “Expres” by adding that the names that will leave the government are Nekibe Kelmendi minister of justice, Alush Gashi minister of sanity, Idriz Vehapi minister of agriculture and Nenead Rashiq minister of work and social welfare.

The authorities of Kosovo should not only talk but work more in the war against the corruption, the crime organization and the dominance of law. This was the declaration of the Commissioner for the Expansion of EU Stefan Fule after the meeting with the high state officials in Prishtina. He also told them that the year 2010 will be a decisive period for Kosovo.

The Kosovo between Serbia and EU is predicted for EU. This was said by the Serbian reporter for the European Parliament Zhelko Kacin in the Serbian daily news “DANAS” by answering in Beograd to the question if the regional cooperation is a step forward to the recognition of the Kosovo’s independence. He also clarified that he has been the Serbia-Montenegro, of the Serbia and now is reporter for Serbia without Kosovo, “when they ask me this question I have to clarify that I am not competent for Kosovo and in Serbia this is always taken as a provocation.

The Democratic Party of Kosovo has won the last battle against the Democratic Joint of Kosovo by winning with a good result the commune of Gjilan where have been held three rounds of elections from the last November. The head of the Central Elections Commission Nesrin Lushta has published last midnight the preliminary results according to which PDK has taken 20 071 votes or 58%, while LDK only 14 506 or 42%. “The conditioned votes have not been calculated here. Before the end of this week we will have the final results”, said Lushta.

After the invitation of the Kosovo’s minister of foreign affairs Skender Hyseni, his Macedonian homologue Antonia Milloshovski will visit Kosovo on Monday. Except the meeting with the minister Hyseni, the Macedonian minister of foreign affairs will meet also with the president Fatmir Sejdiu and the head of the parliament Jakup Krasniqi. After the meetings press declarations will be given by the high officials of Kosovo and by the ministers Hyseni and Milloshvski.

Officials of the Central Elections Commission in Kosovo declared that in Gjilan all the voting centers are open and the voting process is continuing without problems. The voting centers are open even in two Serbian localities including the village Burdige that has had problems in the first two rounds.

The president Fatmir Sejdiu and the Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi met with the commander of KFOR, the general Markus Bentler, with whom they have agreed for the continuance of the cooperation between KFOR and the Security Force of Kosovo. This was said in the declaration of the office of the president of Kosovo after the meeting that was held without the presence of media.
