ImageThe law for immigration has divided Arizona in two parts. Outside the federal court in Phoenix, were protesting both sides, those in favor and those against the law. The protest was organized while the administration of Obama asked the opinion of the court if the new law for the illegal emigration is in contradiction with the decision of the federal authorities on the emigration policies and the enforcement of the borders.

ImageAfter the two bomb attacks in the capital of Uganda, more than 60 persons have been killed according to the police. The explosions occurred at a restaurant and in a sport club. In both places there were many persons watching the final match of the World Cup. A close group to Al Qaeda had threatened with attacks Uganda and Burundi because these two countries had sent troops in the peace mission in Somalia. The American president Obama denounced this attack. Among the victims was also an American.

ImageThe Britain Prime Minister David Cameron has started at the parliament an inquiry for the secret services of the Great Britain. The core of the investigation will be the tortures used by the security services of the other countries during the war against terrorism. Cameron said that the inquiry will be leaded by a judge and will start as soon some criminal and civil processes regarding this case will be released and that means probably before the end of the year.

ImageBecause of the big absences in the budget the Britain government aims to enforce the efforts for saving. The ministry of finances ordered the other ministries to cut expenses till 40%. Out of this order are the Ministry of Defense, of Education and that of Health. The budget announced in June predicted more than 25% cutbacks for all the sectors. The syndicates threatened with strikes if the government would apply such plans.
